  • Introduction to Lotus iNotes -iNotes is a new dynamic interface that all Fordham University students, faculty and staff can utilize to give users many of the messaging and support features that were previously available only with a Lotus Notes client. Every student, faculty, and staff has been given an individual electronic mail account that allows you to quickly send and receive messages and files to other email accounts. With iNotes Web Access, you can walk up to a Web browser anywhere to send and receive mail, view your calendar, invite people to a meeting, create a task for your to do list, or access your contact list.

  • iNotes User Guide -The iNotes web interface only works on Internet Explorer 5.5 and higher. You can still get your mail from other web browsers, it will just look like the old webmail.

  • Domino Web Access -IBM Lotus Domino Web Access (iNotes) is a sophisticated Web client that gives end users leading Domino messaging and collaboration features that were previously available only with a Lotus Notes client. Get all with the reliability and security features of IBM Lotus Domino server -- delivered through a Web browser. Whether one of your users is at an Internet kiosk or another user's PC, and whether online or disconnected from the network, that user can get ubiquitous, authenticated access to supported Lotus Domino data -- including e-mail, calendar, to-do list, personal contacts and notebook.

  • Lotus iNotes -iNotes Access 6 for Microsoft Outlook can increase the reliability and scalability of the infrastructure through Domino server clustering, Domino network compression and the Domino search processor. Domino anti-spam technology helps you keep spam away from users by stopping it at the firewall. And the centralized administration capabilities of Domino 6 server help limit visits to client desktops. iNotes Access 6 for Microsoft Outlook can help you reduce total cost of ownership through decreased training costs, simplified administration and server consolidation.

  • How to iNotes Web Access -iNotes Web Access is a Web client for access to Domino-based mail, contacts, calendar, scheduling, and collaboration services. It's based on the latest browser technologies to ensure a highly functional and robust product. It combines nearly the same functionality of Lotus Notes with the convenience of the Web. With iNotes Web Access, you can walk up to a Web browser anywhere to send and receive mail, view your calendar, invite people to a meeting, create a task for your to do list, access your contact list, or work off-line. You must have Internet Explorer (IE) 5.01 or greater to use iNotes Web Access. You'll also need Adobe Acrobat Reader to print calendar entries. iNotes Web Access is best viewed with a screen resolution of either 800x600 pixels or 1024x768 pixels.
