In the course, students create user and course profiles and create a new user type and enable special access permissions for it. Students learn and practice the methods for adding users and enrolling students and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of each method. Report templates are discussed and students practice searching data and displaying reports that meet specific information requirements. Collaboration is presented and the various databases used to manage collaboration functions are presented. Students learn to change some global settings and personal settings. Data management topics are discussed including archiving, backup, and data export and import.
